Canvair obtains all required permits to ensure compliance with FAA and local regulations for flights and displays. This includes FAA waivers, airspace permissions, and any urban-specific approvals, adhering to time-of-day and altitude restrictions. Our team coordinates closely with both FAA and city officials, securing authorizations in advance to ensure smooth event operations.

Insurance
Canvair maintains comprehensive liability insurance to protect clients and the public, covering property damage and personal injury. Each client receives a certificate of insurance, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and safety. -
Load-In Requirements
Our dedicated setup team manages all load-in tasks, ensuring equipment is safely set up and tested on-site. A 10x10-foot area is designated for launch, landing, and ground operations. Load-in and breakdown take approximately 45 minutes each, with our crew coordinating with event staff to prevent disruptions and streamline the setup. -
Safety is our top priority. We avoid flying directly over crowds, and our drones are equipped with civil aviation-grade hardware, including redundant flight computers, propeller systems, and battery backups, all supported by failsafe software. We maintain a controlled altitude and secure safety perimeter for each operation. Every flight is overseen by an FAA-certified Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines, stable flight performance, and the highest standards of safety for the audience and surroundings.
